We are looking for a Head of Sales to take the lead on all sales efforts towards game providers and operators.
The ideal candidate has extensive iGaming B2B commercial experience, a great iGaming network and approaches sales efforts in a positive, confident and consultative manner.
Reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
+ We believe that we need someone who;
- Has 3+ years of iGaming commercial experience within a B2B setting.
- Has a strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
- Is results-driven, self-motivated and has the ability to work independently.
- Believes listening, having empathy and solving instead of selling are sales superpowers.
- Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment with focus on speed and problem solving.
- Works and manages time in a highly structured and efficient manner.
- Has excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Has strong negotiations skills and always looks for mutually beneficial solutions.
- Is experienced in working with commercial contracts and liaising with legal/compliance.
- Is passionate about entertainment and has an interest in latest tech innovation.
- Has high energy, a positive attitude and believes team-work is crucial to success.
+ What will you do;
- Establish and achieve new sales pipeline across both providers and operators.
- Pitch Livespins to both providers and operators virtually or in-person, including occasional travel to industry expos, conferences and attending relevant networking events.
- Deliver results for the business that accelerates profitable and sustainable growth.
- Forecasting, monitoring, achieving and reporting of sales KPI’s.
- Lead integration projects with technical team and ensure client goes live as planned.
- Ensure excellent hand-over of new go-live clients to Account Management team.
- Liaise with Marketing team to optimise lead generation.
