+ Job Description

We are looking for Senior Account Managers to take the lead on their own portfolio of commercial relationships towards our top-tier partners consisting of both top game providers and operators.

The ideal candidate has iGaming B2B Account Management experience or similar operator experience, a general interest in tech and innovation, and approaches both team and client relations with positive energy, growth ambitions, superior service and a data-driven mindset.


+ We believe that we need someone who;

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and can proactively identify growth levers within each client and the ways to activate them.
  • Ideally has 3+ years of iGaming account management experience within a B2B setting and/or similar operator experience.
  • Is results-driven, self-motivated and has the ability to take ownership and drive growth within their portfolio of clients.
  • Believes listening, empathy and serving clients with trustworthy and informed input is essential for success.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment with focus on speed and problem solving.
  • Ideally considers themselves a T-shaped individual, with core competencies in client service, and added knowledge/interest in connected fields like marketing, tech innovation, data analysis or casino content.
  • Since the role is fully remote, the ideal candidate would be able to work and manage time in a highly structured and efficient manner, with the willingness to over-communicate with relevant company members when needed in order to maintain team alignment.
  • Has excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is passionate about entertainment and has an interest in the latest tech innovation.
  • Stays up to date with relevant industry news and trends in the wider tech industry.
  • Has strong and up-to-date knowledge about slots, social and livestreaming ecosystems across relevant platforms and tools.
  • Is proactive and constantly comes up with new ways to improve the customer service experience or contribute knowledge & feedback to the team.


+ What will you do;

  • Develop a strategic view of each key client and act as the main driver behind the growth of our strategic partners on the Livespins platform.
  • Leverage data to gain an in-depth knowledge of your portfolio of clients and provide them with educated insights in order to enable revenue growth and build trust.
  • Build strong honest relations with your own portfolio of top-tier providers and operators on a daily basis, either virtually or in-person.
  • Maintain, optimize and negotiate contractual agreements and terms with support from legal and compliance teams.
  • Forecasting, monitoring, achieving and reporting of commercial KPI’s.
  • Ensure excellent onboarding of new go-live clients as they are handed over from sales team.
  • Share client feedback within the company to guide product and operational teams in their roadmap and dev prioritization.
  • Create and nourish strong relationships internally with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel to industry expos, conferences and attending relevant networking events.
