We are looking for a Sales Director to take the lead on all sales efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about live streaming/innovative tech, has a great iGaming operator network, extensive iGaming B2B commercial experience and approaches sales efforts in a positive, confident and consultative manner.
+ We believe that we need someone who;
- Has significant iGaming commercial B2B experience
- Must have great network within iGaming and especially with operators
- Has a strong commercial mindset and business acumen
- Is results-driven, self-motivated and has the ability to work independently
- Believes listening, having empathy and solving instead of selling are sales - superpowers
- Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment with focus on speed and problem solving
- Works and manages time in a structured and efficient manner
- Has excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Has strong negotiations skills and always looks for mutually beneficial solutions
- Is experienced in working with commercial contracts and liaising with legal/compliance
- Is passionate about live streaming, community drive products and has a keen interest - in tech innovation overall
- Has high energy, a positive attitude and believes team-work is crucial to success
+ What will you do;
- Establish and achieve a strong sales pipeline with operators world-wide
- Pitch Livespins to both providers and operators virtually or in-person, including - regular travel to industry expos, conferences and attending relevant networking - events.
- Deliver results for the business that accelerates profitable and sustainable growth
- Forecasting, monitoring, achieving and reporting of sales KPI’s
- Oversee integration projects with technical team and ensure client goes live as - planned
- Ensure excellent hand-over of new clients to Account Management team
- Liaise with Marketing team to optimize lead generation
